Alongside his private archive, documents relating to the Munich-based film company Bioskop Film supplement this extensive collection. Research materials, notebooks, screenplays in various versions, costings, shooting scripts, production diaries, storyboards, shooting and mixing plans, correspondence, content photographs, work photographs, stills, production photographs, posters, props, awards and certificates provide not only an overview of more than fifty years of Schl\u00f6ndorff\u2019s work as a director, but also allow for an insight into how filmmaking changed during this period.
